Refund policy

Order Cancelation / Changes

Once your order has been placed it cannot be refunded. If you would like to amend your order, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. We cannot amend orders that have already been processed and dispatched.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not offered for change of mind. Returns and replacements are also not offered if the product has been used/change of mind.

If your product is damaged upon arrival (excluding the outer shell/packaging), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss your concerns. If applicable, we will replace or refund your item/s.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report a damaged product, please send a photo of your delivery to admin@lyuhair.com. 

Damage to the outer box and shell in which the product arrives in will not be considered as damage to the product itself. Packaging can occasionally be dented or scratched during transit.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exceptions may apply.
